The program
This course builds on the strengths you already bring to parenting and offers practical tools to deepen your connection with your child, create a positive family environment, and support your child’s social and emotional growth. Together, we’ll explore strategies to strengthen cooperation, set clear and consistent expectations, and confidently navigate everyday challenges.

The Incredible Years

Together, we’ll explore strategies to strengthen cooperation, set clear and consistent expectations, and confidently navigate everyday challenges.

Positive Parenting Program (Triple P)

Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) helps parents around the world become more loving, confident and effective in their parenting style.

The evidenced-based program promotes safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments. Learn skills to improve behavior issues like:

  • Temper tantrums.
  • Sibling conflict.
  • Chores or homework struggles.
  • Bedtime or mealtime problems.

The program

Choose from our standard (children ages birth-12) and teen (children ages 12-17) models. We offer a variety of Triple P settings, so you can choose what works best for your schedule. And best of all—it's FREE!

Online

Group

Meet other families virtually through Zoom and learn effective parenting approaches. You can expect one session weekly for about 8 weeks.
